"Miano" Bianco Sicily tintilia Made with the local CatarrattoCastellucci Miano "Miano" Bianco. This is an amazing white from Sicily. Made with the local Catarratto grape, this is an Italian regional wine unique to Sicily. Catarratto means "waterfall" in Italian referring to the little waterfalls that slide down your glass after a sip. Hand harvested and selected Catarratto grapes from alberello vines. These "little tree" vines are an ancient cultivation technique. Each vine produces just 2 clusters of grapes.
